The Mommy Time Warp

I keep asking myself, "what happened to today?" Days go by and I haven't even thought of leaving the house. I feel like there is a phenomenon that happens when you become a mom. I was the person that had to leave the house every single day before having kids. With all of the snow, I find myself cooped up for days, even weeks, at a time...can someone explain this to me???
